Quality Management:

Quality management is the root of business enterprise. All of our products have been tes ted and regularly inspected to ensure that they are the best quality with the best packaging possible. We fully understand the needs of different customers in the promotional product industry that we have designers and we accept artworks and designs through internet. We adopt the Accepted Quality Levels (AQL) as specified by the British Standards Institution for our internal QC and inspection.

Quality Assurance:

In order to achieve higher quality product, our company has developed four QC steps responsible for monitoring the quality of products at each stage of production as follows:

-	Initial Production Check (IPC) Before the production starts, we will check the quality of raw materials and make sure that the appropriate production techniques will be used.
-	During Production Check (DPC) When around 10% to 30% of the production has been performed, we will examine the existing products to ensure that the quality fulfils requirements. We will also make sure that possible correction and improvements sugges ted during the IPC have been implemented.
